He has a series of these different pictures. The are made from wax and ink and I love the morphing aspect of them.

Self Portrait

This sculpture is extremely heavy, and William's ability to balance his sculptures is amazing. I love the way this seems to shape-shift when you look at it from different angles.

Copper Sculpture-The Chains of Liberty

sketch of the Kahlil Gibran inspired sculpture

We both love the writer Kahlil Gibran, who wrote "The Prophet". This sculpture which is much larger than me, was inspired by one of Kahlil Gibran's prints.

My favorite artist.

This sculpture was for a show in Nashville. I can't remember all the symbolism but it had to do with his desire to make people think about the need for a new birth, a new way to describe art, it is poking fun of Post Modernity.

He made this for me as an anniversary present.

This was his first sculpture, and the most emotionally significant to me.

He is strong and I weave myself around him.

He made this sculpture on the lawn of a Houston hotel while I was taking classes at HMC.

When Music Kisses Art

This was a piece for a show in Nashville. It amazes me how he balances such a huge sculpture.
